Problem solved everybody.....just spoke to a Sqr Ldr at Northolt "I hear you have a complaint sir...."....
Apparently it was probably an Augusta 109 "we dont have S76's sir (???)" of 32 sqr en route from a long line of Rememberance Sunday fly-pasts...requested by the Royal British Legion. He didnt see the problem of flying so close during the One Min silence????? come on guys...Am I being so unreasonable???
