Staff Car Park Darwin Airport
Overnighted at Darwin last week and saw the new eastern staff car park. Pity you bods when the wet starts properly, about a 400 m walk in the open between the car park and terminal. Noticed also the path from the car park pedestrian gate heads off away from the terminal for some strange technical reason. From the tracks across the grass, it appears every one is taking the direct route.
Does any one know when the terminal extension is still going ahead or has it been put on hold due lack of federal funding?
