YPJT: I don't know of any RPT to Birdsville or Windorah (examples) and are "security controlled"... How does it make it any different for YPJT??
They are all "Security Controlled Airports" according the ERSA. Does this not mean that it is a requirement to wear an ASIC?
edit: had no idea YWDH/YBDV had any RPT, WDH looked very quiet when I was last there, and BDV seemed like the kind of place where it would be dead all but one weekend of the year.
