I think 2-3 weekly PRG-ORK probably could work on the O&D alone. I remember that when OK used to overnight they had a number of interesting connections to all sorts of exotic Eastern locales. That said, chances are probably slim, I dont think CSA even serve Dublin anymore - or at least only seasonally?
Extra MAN and BHX rotations may not be "exciting" but they should help the airport keep passenger numbers relatively stable. Also, these type of sort trips probably generate more parking revenue. Parking the car for a 1/2/3 days at the airport is not too bad and not much would be saved in Taxi fares/hassle. The extra BHX and MANs are exactly what the airport needs right now.
