You are right ,Tu 144 .
The FSS-100Tourist looks like but was not really a copy of the french "Piel
Emeraude"
It was designed by Johannes Höntsch at the Flugsportschule Shönhagen ,DDR,around a Walter-Mikron engine .
He used only a leaflet as basis for his design .
Built from 1958 to 1962..First flight on yhe 9 oct.1962.Total 19 flying hours.
Now in Museum .
