Read my roster

Hi All. A mate of mine has just bought an iPhone and I was searching for a roster reader for him. I don't no whether the site mentioned airlinemates.com is run by a French Mac specialist but if it is it is ok. However if you can sync an iPhone to outlook I would recommend Read your airline flying roster on Outlook and PDA.
I think it is brilliant and would be lost without it. You save your aims roster page to your hard drive as an html file. You then open Outlook and readmyroster. Point readmyroster to where your saved file is and it will then strip out all the information and export it into Outlook. For me, I then plug in my Windows mobile and my roster is synched into pocket outlook on my phone. I then have my roster on my phone with all the times and crew list as well. I rarely look at my actual printed out roster. It also allows you to set a general remnder so that is your wake up alarm set as well.

I know the program will work with what were My Travel rosters (am x MYT myself)-now Thomas Cook. We used to get RM Rosters and they were a PDF file when emailed to each pilot so it looks as if the program can read and strip PDF files as well. There are several airlines that the gentelman has done specific work for decoding as although most use AIMS they all seem to have different codes. I also believe that if there is enough interest he will take the time to sort any airlines AIMS roster.
The other thing that is good is that if there is a change although you have to download the new roster, when you run readmyroster and export it, it automatically updates outlook.
