5/4 pattern is respected through all of that. The only exception is that they can , by "agreement"
nick some days each year (can't even remember how many, was it 5 ? as in reality they usually nicked 1 a year for sim, so that week you only had 3 off.) To the best of my knowledge they never pushed that point, and you truly could plan your life 1 yr ahead with confidence.
It isn't all bad, and that , along with spending 363 nights a year in your own bed (assuming you were based where you wanted, and sleeping with who you wanted
) is indeed one of the very best aspects of Ryanair life. The negatives have already been done to death.
