My self-worth comment was meant to be TIC but now that were on the subject....what does "shortlisted" mean? And just how long is a shortlist?
(I am referring to the application process)
Are we talking weeks/ months/ years?
The mood at EK sounds a bit like my former employer. Heavy monthly rostering, downtrodden employees, and a general disregard for the front line employees.
