To begin with, the restriction was placed just to ensure that the 738s could get in no bother but the figures have been re calculated, no problem to domestic UK but if Euro routes were operating then the restrictions you have mentioned would be enforced.
Incorrect
Inbounds are still restricted and still takes planning to get into BHD safely, far from the no problem domestic routes!
