LGS6753. FYI. ELAL had always planned on a mixture of B757 & B737 to operate through LTN from the end of Oct for the winter season. Nothing to do with EasyJet also coming on the route. The summer has been a mixture of B767 200 & 300’s and the B757. Unfortunately no B777 as summer peek had passed by the time the fire coverage level required had been raised.
Understand this first weeks EasyJet loads are very strong. I hear some Easy pax arrived at ELAL dep gate today trying to board their aircraft as the Easy flight was delayed. Could not understand why they were denied boarding as flight going to the same destination!
