It's true what you have said. The airline has not done justice to its customers. We should have done a better job of managing our internal crises and ridding ourselves of the divisive elements in our organization. I only hope that we learn from this lesson that we cannot let villagers and town union chiefs to be part of an airline. I hope we get a second chance to move the organization in the right direction.
