You both sound like great F/As! Cart Tart your attitude is great and I'm sure many pax enjoy your friendly service.
Just out of curiosity (and am not trying to be controversial here either) but you have mentioned that some QF F/As are a tad stuffy, over-it and can't be bothered to smile anymore. Don't QF Human Resources review their cabin crew from time-to-time and ask those with less than happy attitudes to perk up or either leave?
