On another note i have been told that Avaince at BHD have not got a contract for EZY as of yet, and also talk of some of MENZIES moving down to BHD as there is MENZIES at BHD but its only cargo and they've no equipment down there, but MENZIES moving will cost them becasue after all AVAINCE owns all check-in desks at the the airport.

the setup cost for menzies to enter the BHD in the passenger side of things would probably range somewhere between £150,000 - 250,000 once they rent baggage bay space, check-in desks, hire PAX services staff and buy suitable equipment for EZY ramp operations... from a business point of view, its not worth the setup cost for 2 flights per day... ofcourse they could bus staff to BHD for the 2 flights and bring them back to BFS after, but as far as im aware they need all their BFS staff where they are, as the winter schedule is busier than parts of summer
i would be very surprised if menzies starts passenger/ramp services at BHD... although it would be a good move to encourage competition at BHD
