Have you got a family? Wife, girlfriend?
Have them think about it: More work (i.e. flying) for less pay than at the moment. I can see why the extra flying sounds tempting at first...but seriously!
Sit it out, times will change. Look for a new job in the upturn if you want, not when all are down crying.
