I have no idea about Ghana, but in general, flying in Africa is fantastic
If you can find a plane, go for it, you won't regret it ! (other than perhaps being really p***ed off with flying in Europe afterwards....)
That said, off on a bit of a tangent here: had a look at the WAASPS site referenced by Stephen Furner and
this caught my eye. Never heard of them, does anyone here know anything about Deltahawk engines
