1052 EDT
One F-16 is vectored to within 8 nm of N47BA which is around FL460

But what’s happening between 0938 and 1052 ?
  • The Learjet is not on its flight plan
  • The Learjet is busting altitudes
  • The Learjet is not in radio contact
I find that NTSB report a bit too quiet on these 74 minutes !?
