PRESENTLY lines are generated using CARMEN, they include 6 days off per month, unless you take a long flight on the last month and then get awarded the 1st days off in the second month, this would be classed as operational requirements and you would lose the days off.
They are not part of the 40 days off, so you will get 10 mondays x 6 days off = 60 days, plus 40 days off, plus 4 days off for the 12th month, total 104 days out of Saudi per year.
HOWEVER, we made the mistake of buying the Saber crewing system, the Sabre consultants do not consider this concept to be economically prudent, they have strongly recommended that the monthly days off are REDUCED TO A MAXIMUM OF 3 IN A ROW!
