Negatives at current job? To be more precise with the number of flights: the owner himself almost doesn't fly at all. He reduced the number of flights due to the economic downturn (owns a big company where I have my other function) and even mentioned that a couple of times. I still do regular flights for the co-owner but if that one drops out too, it would be a clear decision to changing the job. Doing some additional freelance work would be an option (provided that I find something...). However, I have a regular week Mo-Fri since I'm also in the sales department of the owner's company so I'm not sure if they would let me go for other flights.
