What would you do?
Currently, I fly for an owner on a privately operated jet; number of flights is rather low; besides the flying, I have other functions as well in the owner's company. I feel at ease there, salary is o.k. Been offered a position as FO at a relatively new bizjet company, salary would be WAY lower and heard bad things about the company from people who used to work there. The only advantage over my current job would be more flights and varying destinations (right now, we fly more or less to the same places). Aircraft type is the same, you have to pay for the OPC at the new company...what would you do?
