He resigned as a director on 13th July 2009 according to others. More interestingly the C of A for G-MKEA expires on 25th October and G-MKBA on 26th October, so presumably C checks are due?
I am sure we can all rely on the UK CAA to be on top of the situation though
Off thread a little but C of A should be non-expiring; Airworthiness Review may be due but it is not necessarily reliant on a C-Check (but can be aligned with for physical survey). BA's ARC expired 26/10/09 and the other one expires 02/11/09 (see G-INFO)
