yes the rj has electic brake fans, the newer brakes have some heat shields resulting in slightly longer cooling times but otherwise no problems.
my complaining collegue regularly tells tales of rj bus drivers coming in on a 3000m runway, slamming the brakes on and taking the first or second exit with the result of cooking all the brakes..... well done dimwit
half a day out of ops due to the engineers having to replace all the brakes and main wheels....
in my old company when a driver did that he had to go and work with the engineers for a day - they always gave them brake and wheel changes to do!
