- there is no requirement for a computer no. for an spl.
- the CAR on the ppl is silent about the educational qualifications.
however, the Computer no. application form clearly asks for
the details of one having passed 10+2. if passing 10th was
good enough for ppl, then there would have been no column for
10+2 details - since this qualification is irrelevant.
- surely the rejected candidates
would have submitted their 10th certificates at least. if the 10+2
certificate is of no importance then the rejection
should have been on the grounds of the flying hrs not being there.
just my two bit. with dgca's great clarity on all matters, ilsglider
should be prepared for the worst eventuality !
