So sorry to hear about all the grief your having - don't worry about the tests, they aren't as bad as you are probably thinking! (Having said that, I will probably get the rejection email now!)
Painkillers for the tooth, any smart/casual clothes will do, as long as you look presentable, and as for the boyfriend - its his loss!
