Reported elsewhere that he was released yesterday on bail...
To anyone with legal knowledge, if a potential sentence of 14+ years was on the cards, would the Police really bail you? Or take you to the Mag Court and try for custody?
Maybe it indicates there is some doubt as to whether he was intentionally carrying it, or it was possibly "planted"..?
