I heard it was mainly a VAT Dispute on used planes purchased that subsequently were proven that VAT was due on them.
Isn't it the sellers problem if they fail to charge VAT due and the transaction has already gone through?
Unless they had claimed back VAT on purchased used planes and it turned out that the claim was not allowable for some reason.
