It's really not difficult LMX.. TL is on the ATIS (if you can get it being India
) but the controllers will clear you to an altitude and when they do that they give you the TL verbally....
"Descend altitude 5000' QNH1009 Transition Level 95" for example... Easy
Don't worry about flying into Srinegar - you're unlikely to have to do that!!!
