It's easy to find out for yourself. Set aircraft in the appropriate configuration at the appropriate altitude, feather an engine, trim the aircraft out S&L, restart the engine, adjust MAP until the aircraft is in trim again. MAP now equals zero thrust setting.
BE76 and PA34 are usually around 11".
