Went to gate, nobody to ask or help. 14:45 came and went now changed to 16:00, at 16:00 an agent at last announced it was now going to be 17:00 and GSM had authorised 4 pound LRV's, but we would have to run back into the Terminal to use them as they were going to call the flight at 16:25 as we were on a coach stand..we could howver use them on the aircraft.
The reason airports have screens which display information is so that staff do not have to find PAX scattered throughout the airport and convey it verbally. The staff here clearly did a good job of ensuring the in formation was kept up to date, so I don't see what your problem is.
