Question Dornier 328 E/P lever
Hi everyone.

I'm a bit confused on what the E/P lever on the Dornier 328(both prop and jet) does. It is visible here, the third lever (big one). Is it some kind of speed brake? I've noticed on some videos I've seen that the pilots release the parking brake on the same lever. Does it control both the speed brakes on the wings and the brakes on the tires?
