Reminds me of the story of when Julius Caesar first came up against Asterix and his chums before the magic potion had been discovered. Needless to say, the Romans won a great victory, so Julius claimed a "Triumph" parade on his return to Rome. However, Caesar claimed 50,00 dead enemies for his Triumph to get more funding. Mark Anthony was a little peaved because on his count, there were only 25,00 dead Frenchies. After much argument, Caesar finally played his trump card:
"But remember Mark, in Europe away Gauls count double".
"Ay Thang yow".
