Wizzair starting Wroclaw - Cork early will mean it will be in time for the Easter season which seems to have a special place in the minds of Polish folk more than it has in the minds of us West Brit Celts not there are too many West Brit Celts in Cork, if ya know what I mean like!

Today is the last of the extra Ryanairs from Stansted as we say good bye for now to the middle of the day FR903/4. Bet the loads were good too with De Cork Jazz Festival gearing up for the weekend. It was curious that FR sought fit to restore the flight the for month - keeping up market share, maybe?

So, let us all keep a good, beady eye on the negotiations between snn and Ryanair as heralded so much in the FR website now that the end of their five year deal comes up next year. It will be a shame if the snn airport authority allow FR to fly in there for free and at the same time expect the likes of Cork passengers to pay for it - you are forewarned so take no ol' guff from snn or Ryanair and if there are any more special deals out there for FR at snn let the airlines in the Cork portfolio be equally eligable for the very same sort of deal.

No more will the wool be pulled over Cork's eyes - let this summer's loss of the Italian and Austrian charter series elswhere be a lesson to everyone.
