You are right - I haven't had the courtesy of a reply and neither has another well qualified friend of mine who also sent in an application. When they are actively looking for crew and get reasonable applications one would at least expect some kind of response. I'm not sure if the disinterest comes from Falcon or Greystones who seem to be their recruiting agency.
Anyway, in my opinion, a turnaround in the market is coming in over the next year or two and the well qualified pilot demand is going to outstrip the supply. The companies which develop a poor reputation now, during the trying times, are going to have trouble attracting the right staff in time to come.
