Perhaps it's VAT on rentals, which hasn't been returned?

Or perhaps certain aircraft were sold, VAT charged, but not remitted to HMRC?

Perhaps specific aircraft were purchased, VAT reclaimed, but not used in the business, and kept for personal use?
