The question I suppose is what takes precedence - the law of the land in which the employment will take place or the law of the land in which the advert appears?
In other words is it unlawful to advertise under English or EU law, whether in those jurisdictions or not, for positions which discriminate of the basis of age or gender, for example?
From your reply it seems it is the former is the governing factor.
