I think I know who this is. For what it's worth, we were given a big tour of the renovated accomodations in SV City. Still highly mediocre. Maybe up to the standards of a three star hotel in Bangkok. Window air-conditioner units. For the amount of time you would have to spend in it, given nothing else to do, the "Sports Club" is workable, but certainly nothing special.
