Flyby71, you should really reconsider the ground position, if you dont have the hours for the line, tell them you are interested in the corporate side...
The ground position will NEVER to converted to a flying position, the salary is less and nationality based, no fixed days off, no ticket per month, different medical coverage, different housing standards, its not worth it if you have a desire to continue flying......
