GA in Brazil?
Am contemplating running away to Brazil to escape the recession and would like to know about GA in Brazil, specifically Maringa, Parana. How much light aircraft/hobby GA is there? Is it affordable? What's available for rent or ownership/clubs? Would I be able to import my Pitts Special without incurring enormous fees and duties?
Also, I have both US and UK PPLs. What's involved in getting a Brazilian PPL?
