In my short experience in China Airlines, I have flown with very good local pilots. As in any company around the world, you can find as
holes and bad pilots.
And for telling the thruth, I have also flown with some expats who were not very good.
About the hard landings, it can happen to anyone at any moment, so it is not good to point out over other pilots hard landings.
It is much better attitude to try to learn from others mistakes.
CAL is not an expat job anymore, but I would
not whish an accident or incident for them.
In the other hand, I see CAL's Pilot Union believes that erasing all the expatriates in Taiwan would solve their problems.
