Legality of imposing age limits
This topic has probably been mentioned before, just I couldn't find it on a cursory inspection of the Threads under Terms and Endearment.
I have noticed that several airlines are imposing age restrictions on their adverts.
Maybe someone with some legal knowledge can shed light on the legality of this practice vis-a-vis:
UK/EU law;
Foreign airlines (non UK/EU law) advertising in UK/EU publications/internet.
My understanding is that it contravenes both UK law and the EU treaty.
Any comments?
