Don't get too hung up on it. As I say they only ask a few questions on that stuff. It's worth knowing so you don't throw away good marks, but it's not worth getting horribly stressed over. The motivation paper is generally pretty straight forward, as long as you have read the document through thoroughly and are clear about everything in it then you should do fine
