Yes, there is a "new" CEO, but he has been around for a few months, and apparently got a new business plan approved by the Board. In itself an achievement as long as he is given money to carry it through.
While he is redoing the company, he needs to get the 757 back in the air. Without cashflow his seat can be too hot for him too soon. And equally important, he needs to surround himself with the right people! A small group of pros who know the trade. He needs to open up for advise from others.
