I work for CRM in the offices and thats not something we are telling our customers. If you check out the website, under our terms and conditions section you will see that payment of any balances is not required until training is underway.

That's interesting - because it surprised me so much that I rang CRM to check and was told that there was a £500 up front deposit and that if I wanted a course on 23rd November I would have to pay up in full by 1st November. So that's two independent callers who've been given the same "mis-information".
Any miscommunication would appear to be between CRM employees.
