Compared to the guy in the JetRanger at Spa I'd have said the 407 Pilot was obviously quite sane.
Agree with you there, thoug 3 more feet would not have hurt
Good fortune for them 350 drivers at Spa to take before the JetRanger, good chance it had ended in one big crash differently

Why the tailboom strike in the MD-600 running landing video? the landing seems to be rather smooth and the strike comes way after touch down.
Is it lack of forward cyclic or what?
