Steve Shutt - inquest
With a heavy heart, I attended Steve's Inquest on Tuesday to support Paula. The outcome was "Accidental Death" which supercedes "Death by Misadventure" and the Coroner carefuly pointed out the reasons for this.
In the AAIB report and local press there had been insinuations about alleged local Flying Order Book rule-breaking. I can assure you all that these were seriously dealt with by the court and that there was no credence given to them, once full facts were in the public domain.
