Both other german companies operating widebodies (apart from ACG) only hire only from their own flightschool scheme with a very heavy selection process beforehand and numerous hoops during training which all have to be passed, and even then it is depending on open slots of course. Which means for one outfit that two of them have to share one job and for the other that the only possibility to work is flying Dashs for half the salary than the promised jets.
