If anyone in the UK is offered a cheap Garmin 296, it might be mine! It was one of several items that were stolen from my machine a couple of weeks ago; an incident that has now surfaced on
Sky News.
Luckily, the report omitted the two mile cross-country chase before I lost the little toe-rags in some woods (but not before I managed to get a couple of photos of them)...
PS if you're in the CAA, the 'hovering over the estate' bit was a bit of poetic license by the reporter, everything was strictly in accordance with Rule 5
