Yes, well apart from the character assassination attempt, where is your evidence to the contrary?

I think that the question was ‘have you ever heard of enforcement action by the DGCA’. We all know that it is going on, don't we? Also ask yourself whether you believe that a PC on an 8,000 hour + pilot is really the difference between a safe landing at the correct destination and a funeral.

I think that there an awful lot that don’t and therefore don’t see the need to waste money doing a non-revenue flight of at least 45-minutes duration twice a year.

Ask a pilot, or even an examiner, the difference between an LPC and OPC and you will get a blank stare 90% + of the time, especially in the GA sector, then ask yourself “if they don’t know what it is, have they really done one?”
