My thanks to the above contributors, I hope I can live up to their expectations. I was pleased to be asked to take up the post of CFI again and will endeavour to get the best flying rates for the membership and I am currently working to get all the snags sorted on the aircraft. Most of them are leased from the same source with whom I have an excellent working relationship, so we will be getting the problems sorted as fast as possible.I took G-BWEU over Tues to have a small fuel leak repaired. This required the tank out and specialist welding and should be back soon.G-BAZS has had the nose wheel oleo sorted and is back on line. (Did some of my PPL in BAZ in 1988, though I was only 5 years old. Why is my nose growing?) Other issues are ongoing and in hand. So if you have an issue put it in the tech log and lets get a fleet we can be satisfied with. As far as the food side is concerned, I think it is excellent and good value. However I think the tea and coffee prices need a review. Come on guys if we all pull together we can have a club to be proud of if we all do our bit to help.
