318 at RAK
The 318 is a private aircraft operated by Dana Executive Jets, the operators of the only real FBO at RAK, (according to the publicity).
It is not a RAK government aircraft, but the ruler has been seen on board, but he prefers the Challenger 604 these days.
The aircraft is crewed by the owner, and DANA are the conduit for mtce, ops etc.
As to who has operational contol, is like all aircraft in UAE subject to change without notice.
