If the crosswind remains constant and you have a higher TAS, clearly, the wind correction angle you have to apply decreases - sin(wca)*TAS=WS. Is that what you mean? Also, if you have a higher TAS, then lateral gusts will not affect the flight path and direction as much - so in that sense stability increases
